Record of service compliance LDC

Under the National Law services are required to keep a record of their compliance for the prior 2 years that is accessible to families.

To check whether your service has had any compliance or enforcement activity in the past two years, look up your service on Starting Blocks and review the Enforcement Action Issued section.

For all states and territories except NSW and VIC

NSW services should use the approved form (the short-form template), issued by the NSW government to display their compliance and quality history.​

VIC services should use the Approved Quality and Compliance Template display template provided by VECRA to display their compliance and quality history.
